Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great (Near many restaurants and a wal-mart just in case, as well as only 20 mins away from nearly every outdoor attraction by Manitou Springs. Rooms great for the nightly rate. Large suite with a window couch/day bed, very comfortable and business friendly except for the wireless being sporadic. Had fridge, microwave etc. Easy access to rooms from parking lot, from interstate. Quiet in room.

The staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was very nice. We had a mountain view. It had a small fridge, microwave, and sink. The room had a couch which was comfortable. It was great for the price. Wasn't clear on letsbookhotel.com that there was an extra fee for dogs. Luckily manager was sympathetic and reduced the charge since we were only staying one night. Bed slightly uncomfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They let me park my motorcycle under the awning to avoid the wind and rain from T-storms in the area. The room was well appointed and clean. Everyone is always friendly. My husband nad I stay there once a month, just to have an evening without children. They are very accomodating, happy to help make your stay better. The duvets instead of comforters on the bed. I assume the duvets are washed after each guest. Makes you feel more comfortable about the cleanliness of the room. The bed and pillows were the best I have ever slept on! So comfortable! Huge creepy mirror behind the bed and another smaller but still large mirror near the foot of the bed. breakfast was better than most with fresh fruit but didnt like the flimsy disposable plates. For some reason the hallways do not have AC. Wasn't clear on Booking.com that there was an extra fee for dogs. The breakfast bar was picked over by the large number of people staying at the motel. Small potatoes in the grand scheme of things. (Pun intended.). only problem was the tub drained real slowly. After a 3 minute shower there would be 3 inches of standing water. Otherwise everything worked as it should. The breakfast was nothing to get up for. It seemed that it ran out quickly and was not replaced very fast. Pool and pool room on the chilly side. Room had a view of the highway and Hooters. :) Wifi was spotty. Really can't complain much because the price was REALLY good for everything included. The pool was not heated and with the cold temps outside the kids didn't last long swimming. Several items in disrepair...in continental breakfast area, broken coffee maker for 2 days, 2 days of juice dispenser broken, ice machine on 4th floor out of order, unable to control temperature in the exercise room, tv was removed from the wall in the exercise room. Phones did not work one night so could not get wake up call as back up to alarm. The complimentary breakfast had no selection. There was nobody servicing the breakfast so trash piled up and the counters were a mess. Our hallway was obscenely hot. Needs new TVs. Hated that for breakfast there was never enough food set out. Limited your options. Staff seemed as if they didnt care for their jobs or the customer. no compliants. Nothing. Hot tub did not function the entire 3 nights we stayed. Also the breakfast items ran out quickly and things were never refilled.. We had trouble with the air conditioner and the room was a little too warm for our comfort. The computer in the lobby did not work very well. Could not access Internet easily, and once it was accessed, it was extremely slow. Bathroom and shower were very basic. Two out of 4 ice machines did not work and had to go to a different floor whirlpool heated no working jets front doors need adjusting or the closers need to be replaced - they constantly slammed as they were used nice to have a fitness room, but the temp was over 90 in there Best price guaranteed, not the greatest physical plant I will answer yes to returning IF the items are fixed. We were in town to care for a sick son and this did not add to the situation. The coffee was terrible. I'm a bit of a coffee snob though so it might not bother others as much. Front desk often unattended and, if you wait, they still don't seem to know you're there. A camera so that they can see the front desk when they're in the office or even a bell would help. Nothing. Breakfast was awful--watered down OJ, tasteless, cheap muffins. I found a needle in a towel--didn't make a big deal out of it, but told the desk agent. Not another word to me about it. Certainly not the reaction I would have expected--people have sued for less than this. Breakfast was weak. Pillows were too hard and had a headache after sitting in the hot tub listening to kids scream. I wanted to relax but came away with a headache instead. The hide-a-bed could was open when I got the room and could not be closed. Remote for tv did not work Hairs was in the tube and floor restrooms. No weights in workout room. Reported our shower sprayed (everywhere, not just in the shower) and it wasn't fixed the next morning!. Didn't freshen up room. Specifically did not make up our bed and yet staff left 2 extra rolls of toilet paper which we didn't need. No refrigerator in room. TV wa up too hight. no fridge or microwave in room. Double charged me and took 3 days to correct.
