  Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great (Near many restaurants and a wal-mart just in case, as well as only 20 mins away from nearly every outdoor attraction by Manitou Springs.   Pool was under construction so we were disappointed when we found out because that is one of the reasons that we choice your hotel for the indoor pool; but after taking with the front desk they said we can have passes to the recreation center there. It was a good alternative. Glad you guys had a backup plan for the pool most places don'T...was imp... what people say » ressed with that and the kids were glad. Everyone was nice and willing to help. - We enjoyed our first night so much that we decided to stay another. The staff was so very accommodating to keep us in the same room.

  Breakfast was hot with a decent variety. Great location by I-25 & I-70. Coffee in the lobby avail 24/7. Other folks utilized the shuttle. Can use their computer for free and print things for a free. Pretty lobby; smells good in there. I like the way the building is shaped, with 3 chairs on 3 corners of the floor. Free breakfast was delicious and the eating area was cozy. The free shuttle service is a plus and takes you to the downtown area so you don't have to worry about driving your car downtown. All of the staff was super nice and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure your stay was comfortable.

  Liked the courtyard, ask for a courtyard view if you can. Loved the ecological attitude, recycle bins, refillable toiletry containers in the shower, colored washcloths for makeup removal, etc. Don't be fooled by the name, the architecture is lodge-like, but the location is urban. - Very comfortable room and bed. Great staff.

  Continental breakfast was adequate. Was quite warm when I was there - very pleased that the AC worked very well. - I loved how nice they were, and the facilities/amenities were great for the value. Breakfast was great too!
