  The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. We found it too loud w... what people say » hen inside and distracting to conversation even when the music was outside and we elected to eat inside. - Spacious room with balcony overlooking river. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

  The location in Scottsdale was convenient to great restaurants and hikes. The fitness room offered exercise bicycles and other equipment with television screens,hot tub,and plenty of towels.   we were really scared at first to book here because of it's bad reviews. Im glad we didnt pay attention th them. I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were absolutely friendly. The location is very convenient. Close to stores, gas, shopping, restaurants.
