Swimming pool and hot tub that stayed open til 11p, complimentary breakfast. Locality. Meal bar with stools. Reception staff very pleasant. My girls lived the pool. They are 10 and 8 years old. I thought the young man at the desk was very nice.. I loved the breakfast that was offered. Great location. It was close to nau. Close to stores and restaurants. Convenient.
all reviews » Being in Flagstaff. It was nice and cool. Staff was friendly. The staff didn't make a big deal about us staying another night when we had a reservation to do so. When they found out our stay was unsatisfactory, they just said, "Okay." and left it at that. Comfortable bed and pillows. Price was good. Close to town. The location. The Pool. The location. nothing. There was something on the floor by the bed that looked like old food or something. Noise from room above until after midnight one night. Would have requested a room on side with nothing above it but did not know the layout. Breakfast room a bit messy each morning. The toilet did not flush too well and bathroom towels were thin. The place was old but it was clean... Bed spread had a cut in it and I got my foot caught in it. Shower curtains would not fully close. N/A. Not what I expected from pictures on letsbookhotel.com. We stayed @ another location a year prior, much better experience than this one. Not too clean. I requested for refrigerator & microwave, I only got refrigerator. Bulbs in room wasn't working. Phone wasn't working. Outlets wasn't working to charge our cell phones. Every time we left our room and came back our keys weren't working, so we always had to get new sets. I didn't sleep very well the night I stayed. I woke up during the night with bites all over my arms and legs. It may be bed bugs. So I think someone needs to look it checking all your beds. The carpets are an atrocious mess. One walks on them with bare feet and the feet become black. Beds are hard as rocks. The breakfast bar is okay but is in need of major renovations as well as the rest of the place. We didn't stay another night because of these issues. This is an old 1950's motel with not very many upgrades. Small tight room carpet was filthy. Left black footprints when I stepped into the tub. The worst was when both the hotel and the parent company put a hold on funds from my debit card leaving me little in my account until I checked out. Very old. Needs to be modernized. Furniture looks like my grandparent's hand-me-downs. It was dirty and old. My room didn't even look like it was cleaned when I arrived. I would NEVER stay there again. The tv did not work, the staff was not at all friendly and seemed not to care nor tried to be sympathetic about the problem. After a long day walking around town viewing colleges its great to come to your motel room kick off your shoes and watch a lil tv but when that tv only has 3 channels and the coffee maker has no pot its a bit impossible to get that "down time relaxation going. Toilet didn't work and they didn't fix it. I even offered to fix it myself and they couldn't find a plunger. This place was filthy & run down. Very poorly maintained - obvious water damage. Very old and dirty ! Had bugs in our room. The queen bed was terrible, mattress was worn out and both of us sagged to the middle> It offered a terrible night's sleep. We requested handi-cap accessible, my husband asked for it again on check in, clerk did NOT say he was NOT giving us a handi-cap accessible room. When when we got to the room, it was NOT handi-cap accessible. We were not happy!!!. very disappointed. Dirty, dripping sink, plugged shower head, generally run down, terrible breakfast,. No shower curtain asked for one took 2 hours to get one wanted to take shower after snow boarding all day.
