  It was a great pleasure to find this brand new hotel. Every single detail was exquisite. The attention was excelent, very clean, great price, dozen of rooms options.....! Finally a lovely place like this, very close to the crowded Manhattan but in a quiet place with the subway in the same block of the hotel stret. No more expensive hotels in Manh... what people say » attan for a tiny dirty room! Paper factory will always be the first option!

  I was travelling with my 15 year old daughter. The hotel was a pleasant surprise amidst the unattractive neighborhood. The room was small, but that's New York. We were on 9th floor and the sweeping views of the Williamsburg bridge and Manhattan skyline were amazing! Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. The bathroom was a little differen... what people say » t, with frosted glass door and sink outside of bathroom, so probably not great for travelers who need bathroom privacy. Staff was young, polite, and - Regarding location, some might find the surrounding industry/depot businesses disturbing, but you cannot beat the stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, you have from all rooms and the rooftop-terrace. The area is quiet at night - also if you walk home to your hotel in the evening. Convenient with the complimentary hotel shuttlebus, but you could also easily walk to the subway station Queensboro Plaza 7 blocks from the hotel (8 min walk). In the morning there might be a bit of noice from truck
