The balcony was a nice bonus and the pool area with a water slide was great fun for the kids, the neighborhood is much nicer than most and the location to the parks is perfect.   The beds were extremely comfortable...the continental breakfasts were nice...the pool and hot tub were fun...and the location was extremely convenient to Wet-N-Wild and other Orlando attractions. - Rooms were clean.   The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra charge. She did not have to do this. I was so impressed with h... what people say » er composure and ease handling a tired and grumpy traveler. Kudos to Staybridge for providing excellent service in a very competitive environment. The - The over-all accommodations! We (this same group) had stayed in the Savannah location two years ago and were very impressed with it. The idea of the evening social was a unique feature and certainly a plus for guest retention.
