The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra charge. She did not have to do this. I was so impressed with her composure and ease handling a tired and grumpy traveler. Kudos to Staybridge for providing excellent service in a very competitive environment. The.

The idea of the evening social was a unique feature and certainly a plus for guest retention. However, when I spoke to the necessary personnel, there was an apology, and the attendant made adjustments to our accounts. Nothing.My family likes everything. We had called the front desk before going to bed for an early morning (5:30 am) wake-up call. (We were just afraid to trust the clock radio since we had an early morning flight.) We never got the call! Fortunately I was awake around 5:00 am and just got up. there was not any food available but there was cafes near by. None. It looks like a lack of ventilation, fresh air in the room. breakfast was poor. Coffee was not extra, but it seems all over the U.S. the coffee is the same. Dirty room not comfortable whatever you do, DO NOT STAY at this HOTEL!!!.
