I really loved sleeping in your beds. I felt very, very comfortable. I was also impressed with quality of the entire hotel. Very convenient from the airport. (Free shuttle) Great breakfast. The price was excellent. Pass through to go on a cruise. Next time I will stay at your hotel to visit some sites. After a long flight this was only a short trip to the hotel. Fairly easy to find. The room was clean, large and the bed really soft and comfortable. The breakfast the following morning was continental and was adequate. I would recommend this as a short stopover before moving on with the start of your trip.
all reviews » The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but it never arrived. We took a taxi and mentioned this to the front desk and were promptly returned our taxi fare, with many apologies for our inconvenience. Excellent customer service and dedicated to making your stay there convenient and comfortable!. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and we were able to get a late check out. Very handy to the airport, but you don't get bombarded with airport noise. Free shuttle to and from the airport was good. This was our second time at the Ramada Suites which is an excellent choice for an overnight stay between flights at MCO. It's clean, comfortable & good value for money. The staff are always helpful & the breakfast included has a reasonable choice of items. We arrived at noon-check in is 3 pm. We asked to just store our luggage for 3 hours and hang out but the desk clerk went out of his way to get us a great room. It was a suite at the end of the hall--very quiet. It was a wonderful respite after a long travel. I wasn't really sure what to expect for 71.00. I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice hotel and would stay there again. Had an early flight and it was very convenient to stay at the Ramada Inn and not have to drive the two hour trip the day of my flight. We drove in from The Villages the day before our flight to use their shuttle and park our car for our early departure to Chgo. The front desk was very helpful and shuttle drivers fast and efficient. Also, a verrry comfortable bed and spotless room. I stayed for four days in Ramada Hotel and left with good impression about the hotel and the quality of service rendered by the staff. They were quite helpful and friendly. Ramada is a hotel I would like to visit again when I am in Orlando. arrived well before check in. They put us in to a room right away. The next day our flight didn't leave till 6 PM and for a small fee they allowed us to stay in our room till later in the afternoon. Clean,Comfortable and great staff!. comfortable bed, suite approach allowed some privacy between the bedroom and a "business" space, breakfast was good, location was convenient, shuttle to the airport was very handy and saved us some money and time. The distance from the hotel to the nearest restaurant may be a problem especially when the shuttle isn't available. There were a few, minor repairs that needed to be done which did not interfere with our stay at all but which I alerted the staff to fix before the next guest arrived. the drain in the bathtub didn't work well. I could not say that the lack of a restaurant was a disadvantage, since there were plenty of them around. It was a good choice to prefer this hotel for good price / performance. The airport location means you could easily be swindled into using Sun Coast for your rental fill up! Do not use sun coast! There are more cost effective, non inflated gas stations a few miles down the road. If you ask the staff, however, they will tell you this. I made the error of wandering on my own before asking. Although they had some "green" policies that I liked, they did not offer paper recycling. There were individuals yelling and running up and down the hallway until 4am. Everything was ok but a leak in the bathtub...not a big problem. There was a horrible moldy - musty smell thruout my room. The AC didn't help much. I noticed that you were putting in/out new/ old carpeting....HOPEFULLY that was the problem - and next time I stay it will SMELL better!. Due to a bad storm we lost power of 5 hrs. The shuttle vans were old and the first one we had couldn't speak English. The wait time at the airport was too long after calling for pick up. Waterleak from the ac in the room, and reception asked $ 70.00 around while the booking was only for $ 56.00. I could not check yet what amount was charged, hopefully the right one !. Nothing - all good. All the traffic areas looked like they needed to be vacuumed, but the carpet did not look dingy. Staff at front desk did not look professional. Adjusting the room thermostat was a constant, but still ok!. It's not the ideal location for Disney travels. The phone was not even plugged in. The shower dripped all night. Shower curtain fell every time you will shower. Head board fell. Bathroom floor always wet because of the leak in the shower. nothing. on departure morning, the shuttle was very late. this could have been a problem. Nothing that we noticed. Breakfast buffet. the breakfast area, is a nightmare. Small , no attending and the products finish before breakfast time. Husband thought breakfast could be more flavorful; I was happy with the eggs and cold cereal and yoghurt. Shuttle from airport took forever. We finally just took a taxi. Breakfast was ok, but could have be improved.
