  This was our first visit to New York. The location is excellent. I travelled with my three daughters and we felt safe. Easy access to subway, shopping and sight seeing.   We really liked the Belnord's location. It is in a quiet street close to Central Park, in the Upper West Side. It is only one block away from the subway station where Line 3 takes you all the way to Lower Manhattan without changing trains.   Our contact Svetlana was extremely helpful when we needed an extra room to accommodate another guest in our party and she rearranged bookings to allow us all to be in adjacent rooms which was greatly appreciated. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful and our stay there was most enjoyable. - Very helpful staff, nothing was a problem.

I had my breakfast at Gramercy Cafe, just across 3rd Ave. Made me feel very New Yorker. Close to l line, a trip to either downtown or uptown would have you change line. The single was very smal - The location is fantastic and the price unbeatable! Very near two metro stations. The place is very well decorated and very, very clean. I shared the toilet and it was perfect, never had to waited, they have two toilets per hall, and they are very clean. The only weird thing was that the night that I arrived, at midnight, I arrived to an empty lobby, had to waited 40 minutes, and finally I found the doorman drunk, behind a chari!! He was very grumpy and had to struggle a little to get my room,
