great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

The beds were very comfy. Down comforters and pillows. We checked in around 4pm and ended up taking a nap! Staff was friendly. Rooms are large and have a frig and microwave which is nice. The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The apartments are located in several blocks around courtyards; ours was located next to the pool area. This was fine (not too noisy) but if you would mind this I'd suggest you request one away from the pool area. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.

Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite !
Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family.

I love everything... Nice location close to the beach, very elegant and quite green street. The hotel is amazing... With nice patio and relaxation zone...
