  Our room was quite big with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Also, it faced into the courtyard, which meant that we couldn't hear much of the party noise in front of the hotel. As we were celebrating our anniversary we received complimentary breakfast, which was very good and served until noon. The service on the beach was also excellent. One time we accidentally left a tip of $105 for breakfast (ins - My experience at Hotel Breakwater was perfect and flawless. Perfectly located on the best area of South Beach FL. Cross the road to one of the best beaches in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have not noticed anything but a smile all through my stay! In particular Mr. Curtis and the night duty gentleman from front desk. They made my stay beautiful. Thanks guys I won't forget to thank Mr. Jimmy the General Manager who makes runs the whole friendly show. I will definitely not

  The hotel was very nicelly decrated. wonderfull garden and pool. Next to the beach but does not hace its own beach. The rooms are clean comfi and big enough. We liked the hotel so much that we were sad that we are only staying for one night after our cruise. We willgo back and definatelly stay in the same hotel - Location, Location and Concierge

If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

  The Palms South Beach is a great hotel I would reccomend everyone, it's very very clean, very elegant, the staff is always nice and polite and the room and all facilities were absolutely perfect. - Lovely hotel, good sized rooms, decorated very modern, Aveda bath products. Very comfortable beds, slept well. Service in restaurant was very good.

A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more. It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. We stayed only one night, but they provide complimentary beach facilities (umbrella, reclining chairs, beach towels) for two days, the day of arrival and the day of the check-out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.

  Arrived in Miami after having a very rude taxi driver. Was greeted with a friendly welcome at the hotel. We arrived in our room (room 329), to find it quite spacious, large living, dining and kitchen area. O - Excellent location at quieter end of Ocean Drive but within easy walking distance of everything . Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite ! Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family. Private exit to area of beach with sun beds and umbrellas and an attendant . Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation and definitely stay there a
