Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.

We were thrilled with the Wyndham Grand Desert! Highlights were the mini-kitchen including a DISHWASHER, in-unit washer/dryer, separate bedroom, and lovely pool area. The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!! Great value. Nice rooms. Full kitchen. Roomy shower and nice Jacuzzi. Place is actually a timeshare resort, so they gave us the option to get free tickets to Circ Du Soleil to listen to a timeshare salespitch. Liked the place enough that we almost bought a timeshare.
