  This must be our 7th trip to the Wynn. We love it. It's relaxing & has a spa feeling, yet if you're in Las Vegas to gamble, you sure can do that as well. The whole hotel is excellent. Would rather pay more for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't nickel & dime me.

  This was a much quieter casino hotel and suited us well, it was very well situated and next to the fashion mall and on the strip bus route near the premier outlet for those who enjoy shopping.   I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The bo... what people say » oking hadn't come through yet, so he had someone do it manually, and gave us a great suite. This hotel is wonderful---off the strip, and quiet. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.
