It was nice and easy to pull our car right in off the street and be assisted by someone right away who brought in our luggage and parked our car. We got to the hotel earlier than check-in time and at first there wasn't a room ready, but a very nice gentleman at the front desk got us into a room within minutes. The location of the hotel was excellent - close to shops and restaurants.
The bus stop for the conference center is right outside thd hotel - an added bonus as was the free wifi.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making it a great stay, even for a single female traveller on business. I'd definitely stay again.

I was upgraded on arrival to a suite and a late check out the day I left. I had a very bad fall on my second day in Washington and the staff were excellent, helped me get cleaned up, find a clinic, and sent me fruit and a card to wish me a speedy recovery. We absolutely loved this inn, very cute and welcoming. It was impeccable and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.
