  Some of the staff-Desk front officer were really wonderful and real good but CARRINE and FASHON were too unique especially Fashon, she so is lovely, friendly, polite, humble and never got angry for even once. She should be given Excellence and too outstanding for the next promotion. Please promote her She is good - I really liked the welcome call... what people say » . It was a relief to have someone check to see if everything was okay within an hour of checking in. It was comforting to know that any problems would have been addressed right away. The staff, with one exception at the Front Desk, was extremely professional and friendly.

  I stayed during m-f for business and stayed the weekend with my 26 year old daughter. It was conveniently located to the Metro. The breakfast buffet that was included in my room price with letsbookhotel.com was awesome.   The only downside to staying here is the on-street parking, which is difficult in this neighborhood, given the embassies and restricted resident-only parking areas. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free breakfast, great location. I would stay here again, and maybe take the metro or a cab to get there inst... what people say » ead of driving. But overall, we had a great experience. - It is an old hotel, small European style. but the bed was comfortable, the TV was great, the WiFi was free and worked well, the towels were medium quality which is good, it was quiet, the staff was very nice and helpful, the single room was reasonably sized and the bathroom was redone and clean and efficient. Hair dryer and ironing board were supplied.

  I was really surprised that this is a 3* hotel, in my opinion it's definitely worth more than that. Great location, near a choice of bars & restaurants on DuPont Circle. Every member of staff we met was so friendly & went out of their way to make us feel welcome & an extra fuss was made of the fact we were on honeymoon. A superb find & great value for money. - The room was wonderful with a big bed and flat screen tv. I especially like the nespresso machine! And the refrigerator! The bathroom was also very nice, clean design (although not a lot of space to put stuff) I liked the automatic floor lights! Plus nice smelling shampoo, lotion and conditioner from Occitane. Staff was really friendly and answered all questions. Breakfast was not included but the little patio and terrace looked lovely! Price was also ok.
