It's within walking distance to the White - The hotel is fully renovated. Nice, clean, modern. Having a kitchen helped feed breakfast in the morning for kids. Close to Mt. Vernon square metro station-yellow line. Friendly front desk. Elisa is great. Left our bags at the hotel upon check out since we had a later flight. CVS is round the block for groceries. We were flying from DCA - so a quick 5 min walk to metro and we were at the airport < 30mins!!

  It's about 3 blocks away from the Metro which made it very easy getting to all tourist attractions. It was great to have a kitchen with us. I didn't find a supermarket close by, by CVS next door had many choices for us to make sandwiches to bring with us to our tours. The front desk was very nice as well as the rest of the staff.   The staff was Extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit. The food in the restaurant/brewery downstairs was delicious. The morning breakfast buffet was tasty and convenient. I would stay again in the future and highly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to dc to tour the city.
