I liked that they had plates, forks, etc & everything was clean. The
staff was very friendly & they responded quickly to any issues we

This is my second stay. I was a little hesitant after some reviews I had seen. I was perfectly satisfied. Some people just like to complain. - Perfect location if u want to be in ocean drive, the reception girl was very helpful to find transport and fun.

The shower worked very good, with a good pressure and two exits of water, one fixed and another that you can take and move it. -

great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

the hotel was central to all South Beach Miami had to offer. Staff at the hotel were very helpful. The room was small but had everything you would need for your trip. we asked for a quiet room and we were kindly accommodated.

The beds were very comfy. Down comforters and pillows. We checked in around 4pm and ended up taking a nap! Staff was friendly. Rooms are large and have a frig and microwave which is nice. As I booked last minute a reduced rate, this hotel was excellent value for money, great location, staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was massive and best of all there were sun loungers right outside which we spent most of our time on. - They managed to do something nice out of it with a tight budget.
