  Nice historic hotel with a great location, next to imax, around the corner from the Alamo and 1-2 block walk to the lively area on the Riverwalk. Great base for walking to most downtown spots. Quick trolley ride to the Market Square. Clean and simple rooms were just what we needed. Excellent breakfast with belgian waffle station, breakfast tacos (... what people say » with eggs, refried beans, salsa and cheese), fruit, cereal, bagels/pastries, yogurt, juice/coffee - filled us up all the way until dinner! Staff were - The location is the key factor, actually next door to the Alamo and very close to the Riverwalk area and the Mall. Felt safe to walk in these areas even late at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a standard room in an old historic hotel, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was good. The city bus from the airport stops just four blocks from the Crockett, an easy walk passing over the Riverwalk,

  Nice decor. I liked that an old building had been converted into a hotel. Old charm mixed with contemporary decor. I liked the set up of the restroom and vanity. - The staff was just incredible, from the front-desk reception to the valets. The room, which overlooked the Alamo, was very nice. We loved our time at the Indigo.

  I loved the modern look of the interior. The room was spotless and the main bed comfy. It's close enough to walk to many of the main attractions of San Antonio like The Alamo, The Riverwalk and numerous museums.   My wife and I have just returned from a 3 week touring vacation of southern states in the U.S. 1 night of which we spent at the Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Downtown. We had done a fair amount of research as to where to stay in San Antonio, somewhere peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to the touristy things in San Antonio, (The A... what people say » lamo, Riverwalk etc). Arrival: Upon arrival at the hotel, the valet parking guys were eager to assist, after driving for 7-8 hours, a welcome sight. T - Staff was excellent. When checking out, I discovered that I had left my credit card at a eatery on the river the night before. The young lady at the desk was very helpful in helping me track down the name of the restaurant and calling them to locate my card. The manager had my card and she arranged for me to meet him and pick it up. Thank you for your extra effort in resolving what could have been a very inconvenient exercise of credit card replacement.

  Absolutely loved it there... the staff was awesome... rooms were gorgeous.... the breakfast variety was great... the location was perfect, close enough to the riverwalk... the Alamo.. Rivercenter mall... The hotel was just perfect. The prices for this hotel were shocking to me, I figured the pictures looked nice on the website but was sure it woul... what people say » d be that way when we got there.... and when we did arrive ... it was even better... I loved that the hotel is affordable to stay ay..and It is one of - The young man at the front desk was wonderful, I believe his name tag said Eric Rodriguez. We had many questions about San Antonio and wanted to make sure we went to children friendly places. He was a wonderful help, and very, very polite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the microwave and refrigerator in the room worked out wonderfully for the little ones. We were there for two days, it was wonderful. I will definitely stay again when I return to San Antonio!

  good location 10 min to walk to the convention center. you can take the bus (5) from the airport - its a very short walk to the Hotel. The bus stop to go back is just aground the corner. - I loved that the rooms were almost like apartments in their layout.

  We loved the staff. Their personalities and there willingness to go out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for them no matter what you needed or asked. I cant say enough of wonderful things about this people. Everything was in walking distance of the Riverwalk. We are already planning out next trip to San Antonio and the first reservation made will be at the Day's Inn. - Spacious and well designed room, pleasantly furnished and equipped with modern TV, microwave oven and refrigerator. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was limited but satisfying. Many major tourist attractions and convention center are within walking distance.. Excellent value. Ample parking space.

  The rm was very spacious and had a great view of the riverwalk. The bed was very comfortable. We had trouble with the first rm; the key card wouldn't work but front desk apologized and was very helpful with giving us another rm. - Loved the City and the hotel location.   The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Definetly a great thing to have a kitchen space especially when you have little ones.
