Felt like having a warm and comfotable city apt, complete with washer and dryer. Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment. Street parking but they responded with parking alternatives when asked.

We came to New york for the Thanksgiving weekend. We were looking for an inexpensive but comfortable and clean place to stay. This was 2 blocks from the subway syation into Manhattan. Great value for money as it is very near Manhattan city. The location is really convenient, just steps from the subway and many places to eat even late at night.
The staff (esp Jose) were really helpful, upon request and room availability, they helped us moved to a higher floor with great view of Manhattan city with no hassle and all with smiles.
Breakfast was great, warm waffles and eggs, bacon and sausages, even though they were the same each day, there was variety to choose from like cereal

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When I asked if they had a rollaway they ended up offering a completely different room with two beds. Awesome. The breakfast that was included was great with a variety of wonderful options. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything we needed. -

At first getting there I was thinking it was abit far from downtown. But once you walk around the neighbourhood you realize EVERYTHING is at your disposal.. A friend and I (30s females) travel to NYC all the time.. This is the first time in do or die bed stuy! And it was fun!! Liquor store on the corner.. Shops up the street(fulton) club close by (Ice lounge) restaurants galore.. Will definetly stay again!!

We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room
