We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). We loved the view, the size, the stove and refrigerator, and location to Central Park West. I will stay here again! We were accommodated hospitably as a family, as I only made this reservation last week. We were only here for the Macy's Parade. We also appreciated the location of the hotel from the MTA subway.
