Staff was very accomodating. We were allowed to check in early, and were treated very respectfully. The room was spacious, clean and a great value compared to downtown hotels charinging beyond premium pricing for very small rooms. Kitchen was a huge plus. Location to downtown and Seattle in general was great.

Good hotel. Very clean, the included breakfast was nice, enough selection for all 4 of us to eat what we felt like. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early. We were up on the fifth floor, so even though it's on a busy street we didn't have traffic noise. -

I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

Our room was extremely comfortable, with a king size bed that had beautiful linen and comfy pillows. The bathroom was a great size. One very favourite thing for us was the hot drink maker. As we don't drink coffee, we can't normally make a cup of tea without the coffee flavour being in the water, but at Hampton they have disposable cups that take the heated water and then you add coffee or tea.
