I liked that it was in a quiet street but only a five minute walk from the hub of activity. I absolutely loved the Ruby Slipper right next door for breakfast every morning, why go anywhere else!! Hotel is really updated!! Our room was really nice, plenty of room, very comfortable, enjoyed the stay. The one thing i will say i really like was the TV. If you was in bed you can turn the tv towards the bed, if you was on the couch you can turn the tv towards the couch. I love It!!

throughout the stay - I know such must occur, but perhaps some small
discount/accomodation is in order for those who endure it. Still not

Loved the location. Was able to walk to the Superdome for the game.
Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions.
It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with
no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in
minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would
stay there again.

I came as a solo traveler in the middle of the night because of a late flight, and even though the staff had confusion about who was supposed to be in which room, they handled it just fine that evening and in the morning when we switched rooms to get it straightened out the way we were supposed to be. quieter section of the French Quarter (but still close to all the
action). The room and hotel in general were very clean and comfortable

that I have ever seen at any hotel. He always called us by name. He
always asked if there was anything else he could do for us & even
offered to refund taxi fare when the cabbie dropped me off at the wrong
