Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Both Valet and Front desk were always prompt and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would not stay anywhere else. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Hotel has a great pool. Valet is $34 a day. I would like to give a special thanks to the young man at the valet and Roy at the front desk!. Loved the location. Was able to walk to the Superdome for the game. Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions. It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would stay there again.

The staff were helpful, Alan and Debra made everything easy1 whatever we asked for. Location is great. You can walk anywhere in the French Quarter and the Central Business District. The Staff is very courteous and professional. They went out of their way to make the visit pleasurable. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this was the first time staying at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and very polite. I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location to explore the French Quarter. Hotel is situated one street back so no disruption when it came to sleep. Super comfortable beds. Wish there was a mini-fridge in the room. Noisy air con in room. No breakfast included in cost, no military discount, no tea only coffee service in room and in lobby, cigarette butt in elevator. nothing. nothing negative. Cleanliness of the towels. Price of the parking rate. ..The daily fee was high. Little disappointed pool heater was not working. Parking quite expensive. We found the pillows very uncomfortable and small. I thought valet parking was expensive. Bathroom is small and not that clean. Pillows too small. Did not have enough plugs for electronics. Not fridge or microwave in room. Booked at peak time and horrendously expensive for a very ordinary hotel. Facilities old and lacking amenities. No fridge, no microwave, no business friendly desk, limited power outlets. Hotel was run down and needed repair. Looks somewhat old and shabby... I paid $50 extra per night for a double room and that was not what I got. It was a room with two double beds and not the suite that I thought I was getting. Thought it was very misleading. Complained but no adjustment. Food Unfriendly service especially at the restaurant Minuscule bathroom. poor value for the cost, dingy hallways with filthy broken dropped ceilings.
