Regarding location, some might find the surrounding industry/depot businesses disturbing, but you cannot beat the stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, you have from all rooms and the rooftop-terrace. The area is quiet at night - also if you walk home to your hotel in the evening. Convenient with the complimentary hotel shuttlebus, but you could also easily walk to the subway station Queensboro Plaza 7 blocks from the hotel (8 min walk). I stayed at the Hotel for 7 nights, the good things are:
- Considering the room rates with the facilities and proximity to the metro line 7, it's definetly a good-value for money
- They arranged a room according to our request prior to arrival
- There is a shuttle to the metro station, but if you want to walk it's around 12 minutes
- Those guys in reception were helpful for our spot questions, especially Valentino and Rahmi
- Housekeepers were good too, they insist on making your your perfect e

The staff was very polite and the manager helped me chose a specific
room prior to my stay. The Hotel is fairly modern and cozy. Not too
upscale that you'd feel like your sleeping in an overly furnished
office space.
