  We loved Maria, the manager at Isola! She was very friendly and helpful. Rachael and Joey, our concierges were awesome! We stopped by their desk daily! They made wonderful suggestions and followed up with reservation for us. They could not have been more helpful or friendly! This hotel rocked my world. The room was always clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious and creative. Loved the energy, location and vibe of this hotel.

When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny.   The hotel was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, wonderful front desk service (prompt, friendly and helpful). The room was a good size for NY, 2 Queen beds very comfortable, mini fridge & freezer with a bit of a loud hum/vibration and the bathroom was nice, clean with tub and great shower. There are 3 rooms per floor (two of which look over Columbus Park- these are recommended for good entertainmen - Absolutely everything was amazing! The room was amazingly clean. As a couple with a 12 month old who requires crawling all day, the room needed to be exceptionally clean and it was just that. Never a piece of trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms. The staff was always friendly and willing to help us get around to any place

  The staff were just excellent. Requests were responded to immediately, and the bellmen were wonderful. On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly. The room was very quiet. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

  The location and the view! We stayed on the 11th floor with easy access to the roof. Absolutely amazing! Yes the room is small but its New York! And at this price point are you expecting a lavish Central park villa? Lol. And only a 5min walk into SoHo/ Little Italy! 5Min walk to 2 subway stations that take you right into the - I loved everything about this hotel! It is in great location on lower east side easy to hop a subway everywhere. The staff is amazing helpful. Anthony even took his time when he got off work one evening to show my friend and I around the city and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.. They was all very friendly and helpful booking car for trip back to penn station giving directions.. Love the place decorations was so nice rooms comfortable and clean.. Will stay here every trip to nyc
