  I was attending a conference at NYU. The hotel is right at the heart of NYU and so was a convenient location for me. The beautiful Washington Square Park is just steps away from the hotel. I like that the hotel is situated in a safer and quieter part of the city, yet within easy reach of the attractions in the city. They were knowledgeable and prompt in responding to requests, as well as generous with recommendations for places - My sister and I traveled to NYC for an event at NYU. I loved the location being at Washington Square. We walked to dinner each night at small ethnic restaurants. The free breakfast was a great addition- coffee was very good. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating. After traveling to NYC for years and staying in Midtown - this was so much more fun and the room was the quietest I have ever had and the bed was comfortable. Cant wait to go back to the villag

  Outside construction noise worried me upon arrival, but we were given a room that faced the back courtyard and overall our stay was very quiet. The room itself was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. While smaller than usual hotel rooms, it provided us with enough space for a short weekend stay. My check out was super smooth and quick. Will stay here again when i go to NY

  The staff is very nice and helpful. It is quiet and well-maintained. The location can't be beat. There is an elevator man which makes coming home at night secure. The room is elegant and spacious, is at least 600 square feet and includes a sleeping area, a kitchenette, a large table, a full-sized couch, three walk in closets, a 42" flat screen tv, ... what people say » with plenty of room to spare. - Location was perfect - within walking distance of Central Park,shopping, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Broadway. Quiet street androoms. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and ultra clean; all staff werefriendly, helpful, and excellent in their jobs; it truly felt like ahome away from home, including the fresh flowers in the foyer. We planon returning for future stays.
