Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. It is a nice and quite hotel. Rooms are convenient though not luxurious and beds very comfortable. Internet is included and fast enough for the backpacker to do occasional research on restaurants, facilities etc.Location is ideal to visit Manhattan, harbor etc.

The 'cabine' was bigger than we expected. There was enough room to walk around and even to leave your luggage open. This is necessary as there was no cabinet to put your clothes etc.

Loved the hotel. Beds very comfortable and super idea that they move in or out to give more room. Room had everything we needed. I was there with my 23 year old daughter for a mother and daughter break and we found the hotel perfect for what we wanted. Clean, comfortable and close enough to everywhere. We even walked as far as the plaza. The hotel car taking us back to the airport was great and more comfortable and we felt much safer with the driver than our journey from airport to hotel by yel

We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). The hotel is on walking distance of Times Square and offers a nice breakfast: good variety. Throughout the day free coffee and tea is available in the lobby. The fitness is relatively small but good, with new equipment (2 tredmills, 1 cross trainer, a bike and some weights). Although our room was almost next to the elevator, it didn't bother us. There are only 6 rooms per floor, which limits the traffic.

The location of this hotel was excellent, it was approx 10-15 mins max walk from the main centre of Times Square. I had looked at other hotels nearer to Times Square prior to going that were more expensive, but found so many hidden gems with food and bars on the walk to Times Square that both my wife and I would certainly use this Hotel again in the future. The Beer Authority Pub was just down the street that was a great place to drink and eat. The Buffalo wings are H-h-h-hooot.

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views.

We had a terrific view from our Hudson Suite of the Macy's July 4th fireworks; it was the most important factor in our choice on ink48 and we weren't disappointed. The Hudson Suite was well-designed and filled with light - quite different from other Manhattan suites we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.
