I liked the overall modernity of the room design. I first saw the room in an image online. The room looked gorgeous! And was amazed at how, in reality, it was just as beautiful. It's better than most 4 or 5 star hotels in Boston. Brand new studios with a great fit out. Although there is no room service facility but across the street was a 7/11, restaurant and dry cleaners. Location is about 4 blocks away from newbury street.

The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

The apartment was just redone. The beds were great. The kitchen had
everything you would need to cook, including a Keurig with coffee and a
full coffee pot. The internet was included as well as cable. Two
bathrooms are very important with traveling to keep the peace. The
balcony made you feel like you were just one of the neighbors. There are

The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
