I liked the overall modernity of the room design. I first saw the room in an image online. The room looked gorgeous! And was amazed at how, in reality, it was just as beautiful. The little kitchenette gave it a homey feel. I only stayed for three nights, but from what I experienced, the room was kept clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the studios were located in the middle of back bay. Perfect!. all reviews »
It's better than most 4 or 5 star hotels in Boston. Brand new studios with a great fit out. Although there is no room service facility but across the street was a 7/11, restaurant and dry cleaners. Location is about 4 blocks away from newbury street.
As a former Bostonian I felt I was in the comforts of home with my king suite. The kitchenette allows for some in room bites between all the great restaurants this place is accessible to. Super clean, stylish and amazing staff. Thanks Gretchen.

Also the key pads that open the doors to your room stick and it takes
quite a while to access your own room . Yes I knew it would be expensive
but I would have expected a lot more amenities .. Overall a modern and
contemporary aparment without a food option at this price is far far to
highly priced.
Check-in procedure a bit cumbersome because in a different building, not a big issue.
there was only one chair for the table to have a meal.
