It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). Absolutely everything was amazing! The room was amazingly clean. As a
couple with a 12 month old who requires crawling all day, the room
needed to be exceptionally clean and it was just that. Never a piece of
trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in
china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where
so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms.

The hotel and the room were impeccably clean. It is a completely non-smoking hotel, and this really does make a difference. The hotel is very good for visiting Manhattan. It is located in front of Chambers Street Subway stop, on the red line, 10 minutes from Times Square. The rooms are quite small but really well cleaned and the hotel as well.
Hotel Staff are at your disposal for any needs (i.e. we need a powerful hair dryer and we received it in 1 minute directly in room) and you will find someone to help you 24 hours/day.

It is a nice and quite hotel. Rooms are convenient though not luxurious and beds very comfortable. Internet is included and fast enough for the backpacker to do occasional research on restaurants, facilities etc.Location is ideal to visit Manhattan, harbor etc.
