There is no negative thing i would mention.
The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there.
And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or

I really enjoyed this property. I have never stayed at hostel and was weary about this. When first speaking to the staff they made feel welcome. The bed was comfortable. The pleasant manner of the house keeping ladies. They have been working at hotel for years, and seem to take great pride in there jobs. They give the impression that they are most gratified to see there guests being well taken care of. Similarly, at breakfast and at wine hour, the staff seemed genuinely happy and that sets the tone for guest relaxation.

Everyone was so friendly and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we would be comfortable. They even suggested that we might want to change our room because they were afraid that being on a lower floor we'd be bothered by the noise of the street! Then they checked on us to make sure we were not bothered by the noise at all.
