  This is our 2nd time staying here. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We were checked in by Daniel and his dog, Snoopy. They were both extremely friendly. Daniel told us about all of the events around the hotel and made us feel very welcome. We love that the facility is so pet-friendly a... what people say » nd would like to bring our dog next time. Far- beyond amazing. Thank you! - We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The location was fantastic and the extra touches.....coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the morning, wine, beer and hot cider between 5 and 6 and then cookies later in the evening made the stay even more pleasant. We were able to get a great price through letsbookhotel.com and the room and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again.

  Loved the location to AT&T park, we were there for our 21st wedding Anniversary. The staff from the valet, bell boys, check-in (GP I think he went by), check-out (easy), Bartenders and Other guests were all happy. Even though the Giants lost both Sat/Sun opening weekend games. - The manager was extremely responsive when I had trouble getting ... what people say » a wake up call. The hotel was clean, convenient, and the staff was friendly. We liked that there is a Starbucks in the lobby, and that there was room in the lobby to meet with friends.
