  What did I like? Just about everything! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent. The beds were heavenly (like sleeping in a big cloud), and the bathrooms were clean, well-appointed and modern. Loved the soap/shower gels/shampoo provided. Great location.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  Our stay at the Crowne plaza was a perfect choice for our holiday. Thehotel, the room and bathroom was so clean and also smelt clean, thestaff were also very helpful and polite. We also had dinner at thererestaurant and drinks at there bar, where we found it to be very modernand clean.   Good base to explore New York. Very comfortable hotel, room was spotlessly clean with plenty of toiletries & beautiful towels. Room comfort excellent. We couldn't check in til 4pm but not a problem as we left our luggage there so we were able to start our tour of New York. The following morning again we were able to leave our luggage to ena... what people say » ble us to finish sightseeing. I would highly recommend this hotel. - The security of the hotel. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff is always happy and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. The breakfast was awesome too.
