  What did I like? Just about everything! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent. The beds were heavenly (like sleeping in a big cloud), and the bathrooms were clean, well-appointed and modern. Loved the soap/shower gels/shampoo provided. Great location. A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

  From the moment we walked into the hotel lobby we felt very at home....there was a wonderful smell of fresh lillies and the check-in was very efficient and courteous. We had forgotten our padlock key to our suitcase but it wasn't a problem as one of the staff came up to our room with a pair or bolt cutters! The room was lovely and had tea/coffee making facilities as well as a micro - I find the Blakely to be centrally located for all activities in Manhattan. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are spacious enough. I love the area in the room where you have Emeril Kerik coffee and the Kerik coffee maker. there is also a microwave, a small refrigerator, sink and utensils for morning coffee if you want to sleep late and not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms spotless where the magnifying mirror on the wall is
