The newly renovated rooms above the 12th floor are handsomely designed, spacious, modern, and well appointed. The location is perfectly central to all activities for touring NYC. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff was amazing, especially for a NYC location - always with a smile, helpful, eager to welcome and wish good morning - this included all from the front desk to the food workers, cleaning staff.
