  Every single staff member is friendly and helpful! The central location is perfect for exploring. The fireplaces in each room make them especially cozy. Our room was pretty spacious.   Friendly and efficient staff, quick check-in (and a couple of hours earlier than scheduled time), nice breakfast, quiet and comfortable room, nice toiletery products in the bathroom, great proximity to Union Square and public transport, great value for money. I also really liked the many tributes in the hallways to US servicemen. - The hotel has a lovely feel to it - pleasant staff on arrival; comfortable rooms; well positioned for an easy stroll into town and access to all amenities. A free daily happy hour from 4pm to 6pm was a very welcome unexpected bonus. As the name of the hotel might suggest there are strong links to the military and as a visitor from the UK it was pleasing to see the level of respect that is shown.

  This was THE most amazing customer service we have ever experienced . The staff can not do enough to help . Ken , Ann & Omar were amazing . We got upgraded to a suite on arrival and they really have thought of everything. The rooms were lovley , very clean and comfortable with bottled water and luxury bath robes . we received fresh cookies a... what people say » t bedtime and the wine tasting & nibbles each evening were fantastic . The one night we couldn't make the get together we were offered a bottle in - What a wonderful welcome we received here - a breath of fresh air after the feeling of being on a cash conveyor belt in Las Vegas. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. So friendly and Wayne is incredibly knowledgable about where to go etc in and around the city. Wine & cheese each evening was a delightful social event which gave us the chance to chat with fellow guests. The location was brilliant too.

  We like the location and the hotel. Room was very nice. - We enjoyed our stay but thought it was a bit overpriced. The breakfast room is small but it is a federation home. The staff got in the way a bit when trying to make breakfast.
