I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

Together with Caesar on the door they were always there with advise on destinations and restaurants, and treated us like we were family. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.
