My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will stay here again, and always recommend this hotel

Location, location, location ! It's the strongest advantage of Hilton TS, close to Times Square, Broadway, two subway stations and all main sightseeings, the center of everything in NYC. Comfortable big clean room with good view. Staff is usefull and quick. Price is reasonable. Strongly recommend as base in NYC !

Excellent budget hotel much cheaper than most but great value for money. Clean no frills rooms quite large for NYC. We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe. Quiet rooms comfortable beds. Close to Broadway and shopping.

I loved the hotel. The hotel is old and shows it's age but was very accommodating for experiencing New York and the area. The room was a bit hot, but all things considered like I said it is a old hotel. I would stay there again and again and again. The staff were over top with customer service, anything I asked or I got not problems. I would suggest they smile more, no one in the area of NYC smiles and that is sad, so I understand why they don't, but a conscience effort should be made to s
