The Inn was beautiful, but economical for the region. We enjoyed the quieter aspect of the Tiburon area versus San Francisco, yet it was so easier to drive to down town SF. First floor rooms had a small private patio and upper floor rooms had bay win... what people say » dows which was the hallmark of the San Francisco area, in my opinion. The restaurant was excellent and staff made it even more so. I hope to return on - Lovely Belvedere room with view over the pool. Came back here at the end of our road trip for 2 nights. It's an oasis of calm and less touristy than, say, Sausolito. No nightlife worth speaking of but the hotel bar is lively during Happy Hour through early evening. We took the ferry across to SF, which was nice, but the cost is 11 dollars pp each way, so you could drive in and park for less. Lovely hotel over all.
