Outstanding view of San Francisco bay and city. Right next to the ferry terminal. Beautiful deck on the water front with large, very comfortable rooms. Although the hotel didn't have a restaurant, the breakfast was delicious and the free wine and cheese in the evenings was a lovely touch. There were complimentary bikes which you could borrow and free computer and printer use. The hotel has thought of the little touches which made staying away from home convenient and comfortable.

Tiburon is a great stay and the ferry to San Francisco is one minute away. Loved being able to sit on the dock and have breakfast and look at the beautiful view of San Francisco, the bay and Angel Island. So tranquil and relaxing. Really enjoyed the free use of the bikes, it gives you an opportunity to explore the area . Location great, right next to the ferry, right on the water. Staff very friendly, pleasant and welcoming. Immaculate rooms, breakfast items of your choice brought to your room, WiFi free, robust, very comfortable beds, nice wine and cheese hour. Room was wonderful. Free internet easy to access. Water/coffee/apples outside the door. Fireplace in room. Wine and cheese in the afternoon, lovely breakfast included. The water side location is superb. The complimentary breakfast and evening wine and cheese were very good. There are plenty of good eating places within walking distance. The ease of being there, being do close to the water, great view, wonderful getaway, staff was great and I was given wonderful upgrade. We loved the daily happy hour with delicious wine and cheese. The private balcony for hotel guests was the best spot in Tiburon!. Very friendly and attentive staff, great location with proximity to the water, water and city views, restaurants nearby, etc. Water's Edge says it all! Right at the Tiburon Ferry. The town is darling. I wish I could give them more than "excellent!". EVERYTHING! The staff, the rooms, the ambiance.... The Waters Edge has it all. It is simply fabulous!. Nothing. Would have preferred no charge for parking, a block away, but guess that's Tiburon. Could've used a bit more light in the room. The bathroom in our room didn't have counterspace. When we arrived our booking through letsbookhotel.com had not been notified to the hotel. Fortunately we had our email confirmation and they had rooms. Can't think of anything. We had bird poop all over our windows as soon as we can into the room so the view was not very nice. No one at front desk at checkin time 3:15. Sign at front desk said back in 10 minutes. Really? The room outdoor balcony is pretty worthless. It's not private from the room next door and fits only 1 chair. Parking was an added expense at $15/day but was very convenient. small room. too close to Ferry system with lots of people walking by all day and late into the night. Very expensive.
