  Loved the location and the room was great! My boyfriend and I were traveling between here and New York so we thought it'd be more convenient booking a room that's attached to the airport on our last night. I really wish we booked our room here before our trip to New York (we spent three days in Boston, three days in New York and came back to Bosto... what people say » n for our flight back home). I read reviews that this was an ok hotel because of the location. But I really don't see the problem. You have access to - Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one (short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton, and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very pleasan

  Hotel 140 was a great place to stay for me. I was traveling alone and it was located just a block from the train station. The front desk was great to help me in directions of the city. Very friendly staff. Also after I left and was at the train station having a hard time figuring out which way to go, a young man asked if he could help. He was not at work and I did not recognize him so he could h - Hotel 140 is located only a 5-minute walk from the rear exit of Back Bay Railroad Station. Upon arrival I had taken the train from Springfield, MA. I followed the drive where the local buses pull into Back Bay Station right out to Clarendon Street and bore left. I had just a half-block walk from that point to the front entrance of the hotel.   The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon snack was a nice bonus. The airport shuttle was efficient and fast and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. I also liked that there was a fridge ..coffee maker..and microwave in the room. We also called several places on the list and they deliver free of charge or for a small fee. - Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options (would have liked some cheese or meat though). Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.
