The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon snack was a nice bonus. The airport shuttle was efficient and fast and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. I also liked that there was a fridge ..coffee maker..and microwave in the room. Even though the hotel restaurant was super high if you ask the front desk they will give you a list of restaurants in the area you can walk to. We also called several places on the list and they deliver free of charge or for a small fee.

Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport. The staff was very helpful. The shuttle from the airport was useful and we didn't have to wait long for it. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The room was nice and big, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice (water drained well). The location was good for the airport and was in walking distance of the subway to go to the city. Its proximity to Logan Airport.Only four minutes from T station.Its a very comfortable Hotel with very friendly staff and its shuttle service to the Airport or T station.Its only ten minutes from downtown Boston.The quality of breakfast was superb. The cost of the hotel restaurant was way overpriced. The water pressure was non existent in the shower you barely got more than a trickle if that. There were only 2 elevators for the whole hotel to use and they were always busy or full. Sketchy area at night. The area is not great, just because it's around the airport, and it's quite ugly. The price was sky-high, and I would never pay that again, especially since the room wasn't a whole lot better than an average hotel. The exercise equipment needs maintenance. Nothing. - Expensive USD 35/day parking fee. - Counter staff less friendly or helpful. I wish they had a couple if healthier choices on the restaurant menu. The hotel is not close to dining establishments so if you haven't eaten, the hotel restaurant is the only choice. Nothing!!. Breakfast was OK, but not wonderful. Breakfast serving started at 5.30 and ended at 9.00. There was a huge rush about 8.45 from holiday makers like ourselves. A slightly later finish for breakfast might make this less busy. They only have valet parking that is $35 a night so you have to pay to park your car each night and the valet service is horrible. No one is ever outside when you pull up to the hotel and if anyone is, they don't ever greet you or tell you where to go. We booked a king suite and when we walked in, our "window" was a glass wall with a view into the dining room. No real windows. They did, however, move us to a higher floor with a window when we asked. The lack of access to the free internet. No free wifi in the lobby. You should use the hotel computer in the business room. Hotel charged the room internet connection 2 times on the same day for using mobile and laptop. They count it separately. I am now trying to find out why our bill is $267. instead of much less. I understand we had parking and the bar, but they are charging us $187 or something and now I am trying to find out why. They are going down hill. Not the first disappointment with Embassy. Nothing really. Valet parking was awful - late night staff were very unprofessional Mistake was made in our reservation information, someone in hotel reservations has bad communication skills Late night reception desk staff was not very helpful - we're first time travelers to Boston and we got more understanding of the area from the guy standing in line behind us than at the front desk. bar service was woeful during the day.
