  The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well. We plan to visit the area in the coming months. Fantastic Place to - Location was great. Staff were extremely pleasant and more than helpful with our every request.   We had an amazing suite close to 700sq ft, vs same price at Westin for a 300sq ft room with less amenities. Our room was very modern with a kitchen, fully loaded with dishes and utensils, dining room table, couch, chairs, computer desk, 2 televisions and private balcony.
