We had an amazing suite close to 700sq ft, vs same price at Westin for a 300sq ft room with less amenities. Our room was very modern with a kitchen, fully loaded with dishes and utensils, dining room table, couch, chairs, computer desk, 2 televisions and private balcony. From the computer your able to order from the kitchen, call for valet, schedule housekeeping, browse the internet...etc. Free wifi was nice also. The king bed was super comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. The bathroom was .

The room looked just like it did on their website. Which was great! Upon arrival I received valet (which I never experience) then had our bags helped up to our rooms. When we open the door it was grand. Even to the point were my niece (who is four) kept running around the room saying "this is awesome, this is so awesome, my new house is beautiful." So over all I had a great time. Will visit again. I left my one of my favorite blouses at the hotel after checking out I got home and realized I left it so I called the hotel; they connected me to housekeeping and recieved 2 follow up calls saying they found it. She went above and beyond to mail the blouse back to me. Would stay there again beautiful hotel...and check out is at 12. the staffs are very nice. We had accidentally dropped the camera lens from floor 16th to the roof of car-park. A nice staff helped us to climb over to the roof of carpark and get it though it was broken. I like the well-equipped kitchen very well, can cook, can bake or use microwave, just feel like home!!. The suites were very spacious! There was a full kitchen; dishes were provided, pots and pans were available on request. The living room had a DVD player. The bathroom was huge! Nice large shower. They have a full restaurant and bar downstairs. It's close by to all the downtown attractions. The staff was incredible! Everyone was eager to be helpful. The hotel has a modern, upscale city style. The decor from lobby to room was beyond expectation. I would stay there again and again. We had family at the other twelve location as well and were fully impressed on both fronts. Y'all were hella cool about us having guests. We were in town for a music festival, and wanted to stay somewhere nice. We were on a great floor, by ourselves, and we could have fun without worrying about bugging someone. Our stay was wonderful! The staff was courteous, friendly, professional . The room was gorgeous and exactly as advertised. It was awesome not to worry about parking due to onsite valet parking. Would not change anything. I had a room which was actually a studio, equipped with a very usefoul fully functional kitchenette. There was a comfortable little lounge and a balcony with pool view. It was more than expected I would say. From the minute we walked in the hotel was so accommendating. They upgraded us which was wonderful. The rooms were nice and spacious. We loved the kitchen too. I don't think there is any padding under the carpeting at all. The mattress was a little too firm for me. And you will hear some street noise. The beds were uncomfortable. The king bed was a squeaky lumpy mess. If they fix that the place would have been pure perfection. Parking was difficult, but the staff was very helpful. The room was at 14th floor but still a bit noisy at early morning because of the roaring traffic stuffed on the highway. I would recommend asking a room on the side opposite to the highway. The pool closed too early and the pool bar never opened. The only thing I didn't like is that downtown Atlanta is very confusing and we kept getting lost even with our gps. Front desk receptionists were rude. They would not allow you to have visitors even if they weren't staying the night. Had to have manager come & fix the television. Was surprised with additional $75 per night charge. The kitchen stuff was not great. Not many restaurants around Very quiet at night On site parking a bit pricey. Room service was a bit overpriced, the amount was different once the order arrived than when placed on computer., And 3rd day I was charged more than I was told , I didnt realize until I had left and looked at my reciept. Walked in with friends in comfortable clothes and was looked at kind of funny. Felt like had to be in suit and tie. I didn't really like how long it took to get my car from valet but it was ok because the hotel was really packed the weekend I was there. The AC was blasting in the room and it was 40 degrees outside. The $26 overnight valet parking fee. Our total was $52 for 2 nights. This wasn't explained to me on letsbookhotel.com or at check in. Even if it's in fine print somewhere and I signed off on it, it should have been verbally told to me. I think overnight valet parking should be complimentary as I tipped the valet drivers over $60 during my 48 hour stay. That means a total of $116 to valet services, for a 2 night stay. Nothing. The staff in general was fantastic. There were a couple of times that the staff was misinformed on a couple of issues. No big deal really. Everything else made up for this. Nothing. Parking prices were terrible. I arrived at 4:00pm and the room was not ready yet. we spend like 30 minutes waiting for it, but the good thing was we rcvd the offer to stay in two separetes rooms for the price on one. Vallet parking was expensive, added $30 to room rate. Really noisy Bed are poor quality To get a drink at the bar you have to go and order nobody will come to get your order Parking way too expensive. had a little trouble with the thermostat in our room got a little warm. Wish the pool was heated. Since it was early in the season the pool was closed and the kids were a bit unhappy. There was a black man sitting and sleeping within the doors with the valet person on duty Thursday night that kept asking for money. Then I returned later that evening and he was still there sleeping on the couch. It just made me feel uncomfortable and shouldn't have been aloud for some guy off the street to be the first person you meet at a high class hotel. Seasonal pool (closed) Noise from street. We did not like the valet parking area. It was very congested. Waiter completely messed up our tickets. The gratuity ranged from 10-50% per each bill. We ended up correcting it by giving cash to the right people instead of waiting on our waiter to return. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable The shower was weird and hard for my son to figure out. The hotel did not have the reservation when I arrived. It seems like the reservation systems of letsbookhotel.com and Twelve aren't working well together. Restaurant was too pricey. Food was good though. Beds could have been more comfortable. nothing. The bed was uncomfortable. It appears that the floors was not swept and the appliance in room and bathroom needed dusting. N/A. I had breakfast in the hotel. It was ok, but it took almost 30 mins to get my food after ordering. This was particularly strange as the restaurant was not busy. $26/Night Parking. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable.
