The in room dining made a lasting impression on both of us. The servers were personable and the chefs were thoughtful with their presentation. (And the food was great).
The entire staff was pleasant and very helpful.

We loved the colors and the 1950's Arizona Highways Magazines in our room. The design was very unique & creative. It was a little oasis in the desert. The Saguaro is within walking distance to everything you could need in a wonderful little area, Old Town Scottsdale.

Excellent customer service. The nightly wine tasting was fantastic. We stayed with some friends to celebrate my 40th birthday and I was pleasantly surprised with a tray of chocolate covered strawberries and chilled bottle of champagne and birthday card from the hotel! The location in Scottsdale was convenient to great restaurants and hikes. The fitness room offered exercise bicycles and other equipment with television screens,hot tub,and plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan to return next year! -
