The room was updated, clean, comfortable, modern -- so much more than we expected for the price. As an older motel (still cute) we were surprised to enter a room that was so well updated for that price. Nice surprise. The breakfast in the morning was great, nice to have oatmeal. Also the staff were terrific. Great shuttle drivers, super fellow on the desk when we arrived near 1am. All around lovely experience. Highly recommended.

everyone was very helpful in helping us find our way around Phoenix.
We had a full day to wait for family to pick us up so, the staff at the hotel even kept our bags for us so we could site-see, after checking out. The bed was comfortable. -

You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was great and very tidy, there was everything I needed. The hotel is located just less than 10 minutes walk from the city train stop, that connects you easily with the Airport train (2 stops) and the downtown (around 5 stops).

I went to this hotel at night around 11 pm and the guy was very kind to help me to check in and gave me the wifi passcode even i did not ask. And the room has big bed, freezer,micro-wave and a big mirror. Even the room is face the street, I still think it is very safe cause there are two locks for the door.
