This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...
I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...

I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in

relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet
service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The
staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We

I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better.
We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

I was my first visit to Dubai so not sure where to stay and on first arriving at the hotel it is sort of between the Old City and the New City. However I bought a 2 day Big Bus hop-on-hop-off Pass and the location proved to be excellent as the Banjuman Mall only 5 min walk from the hotel was a point where you could pickup both the Red Route and the Blue Route for the Big Bus.
