In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money. The staff is well-informed and very friendly.   We had a 3 day stay at this gem of a hotel. Excellent service and hospitality from all staff. Very professional and your always greated with a smile. Great food buffet, clean rooms and good housekeeping staff who always work to suit your needs.   Location is fantastic. Very close to Sharaf DG mertro station. 5 min walk to the mall of emirates.. a relief when having a family. Hotel rooms are huge and well equipped ! We first was put in a room with no window, but the next day they worked on transferring us to a room with a wide window. Hotel is comforting and front desk guys are all awesome ... what people say » (big help).. restaurant food was ok and breakfast was fine. Would stay there the next time - Good location, Metro station nearby. Plenty of Indian/Pakistani Restaurants in walking distance.A Supermarket just in front of Hotel.I Got Free Wifi for days for one device(laptop or Smart phone).Masjid/Mosque in 5-10 Minutes walking distance.Taxis are easily available nearby.Cleanliness is perfect.   Very well priced, even as a budget location is was very a very nice place to stay, rooms were adquate size, large bath and shower, great roomservice and restruants within the hotel, I do not have a singe negative thing to say about this hotel.   We could have breakfast at The Terrace restaurant in the Arabic part of the restaurant, which was great at this time of year because they had the windows open. Very nice breakfast. Our suite had a covered balcony with a table and two chairs. It was very pleasant to sit there. The views of the sea, Burj Dubai and parts of the Palm Jumeirah were gr... what people say » eat. And there wasn't any smell of petrol as there's no road close to the hotel on the seaside. - I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.
