Christina at the front desk was a gem as I needed to arrange a few things for the trip, she explained all the options, and was very accommodating of the requests and requirements I had. Even though there was a major construction happening in the area around the hotel which also ruined the beach view, we were still happy with the pool available in the hotel and the other facilities like the bar and restaurants. The breakfast was impressive with lots of selection. And the staff was very helpful. Room was big, comfortable and very clean.

Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money.   Staff was great mostly. Location was great because it was literally in front of the metro (and the metro is so easy to use because it only goes North and South). The pool is awesome too. The staff went out of their way to give me a room with a nice view after I requested it...put me on the 58th floor! The hotel is huge but never felt crowded. Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size.   The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English.   I stayed at the Galleria apartments which are a bit old but very well maintained. I have been staying here since 1992 and every one of my stays has been wonderful. The two bedroom (large) apartments are very comfortable. The beds are huge, the linen is crisp and clean, the towels look used but are clean. Let me inform the readers th - I liked the facilities (well equipped gym and spa) (nice pool) and the location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. There are somany exciting things to do at the galleria like shopping, ice skating, nice restaurants, the only revolving restaurant in dubai which is at the hotel part of hyatt, i liked that we had acces to the hyatt regency hotel. Oh and the view fron our room was breath taking.
