We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. I liked the facilities (well equipped gym and spa) (nice pool) and the location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. There are somany exciting things to do at the galleria like shopping, ice skating, nice restaurants, the only revolving restaurant in dubai which is at the hotel part of hyatt, i liked that we had acces to the hyatt regency hotel. Oh and the view fron our room was breath taking.

I stayed there twice. The deluxe room is larger. Both times the staff was friendly and the room is clean. Curtains and lights controlled electronically by digital panels. Rooms are airy and nice. Standard rooms are less noisy being away from the street. I stay there during a business trip. Free wifi.. Excellent price.. Does the job perfectly!
